You have made the important decision to make a secure online report to your organisaiton’s Executive Management.
Using your Organisation’s ID below, you can begin our Protected Disclosure Form.
You have the ability to save your report mid-way through and return within 72 hours.
It’s important to retain your DIN and password
At the beginning of the Protected Disclosure Form, you will be issued a unique Disclosure Identification Number (DIN). When finalising your report, you will be prompted to create a secure password. This is the only way to identify yourself to Your Call, resume a report at a later date or log in to the Message Board. These details can not be retrieved if lost or forgotten.
