Your Call’s point of difference is its innovative online Case Management System designed to provide an end-to-end disclosure management solution. From the initial notification of the disclosure, to ongoing communication with the whistleblower, through to its final resolution, the organisation can document activities in a centralised system. The Case Management System ensures whistleblowers are protected, information and reporting is always available and disclosures are resolved efficiently. Your Call’s service sits alongside an organisation´s Code of Conduct promoting honesty, integrity and transparency at all levels. Setting the tone at the top, Your Call enables senior executives to demonstrate a long-term commitment to integrity, valuing employees and workplace health and safety. Your Call does not replace existing processes for raising general concerns or feedback in the workplace. It complements these reporting mechanisms by providing an external independent reporting option to an organisation´s whistleblowing policy.
